1. The Nature of Our Work (Medical Disclaimer) 

The coaching, nervous system regulation, and somatic integration services provided by Zackery Taylor Allen LLC are designed for personal growth, emotional mastery, and self-empowerment. By engaging in this work, you acknowledge that Zackery Taylor is a coach and mentor, not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, or therapist. Our sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health care, psychiatric treatment, or medical diagnosis. If you are experiencing a clinical mental health crisis, you must seek the care of a licensed clinical professional. You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after our container.

2. Personal Responsibility & Guarantees

This is an active partnership. Your transformation is entirely dependent on your commitment, courage, and willingness to do the internal work. While I provide elite tools, frameworks, and a secure container, Zackery Taylor Allen LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific life, financial, or psychological outcomes. You agree that any results—or lack thereof—are the direct result of your own actions and decisions.

3. Financial Agreement, Cancellations & Refunds

Elite coaching requires a profound energetic and temporal commitment from both sides.

• Payments: All payments for 1:1 coaching, retreats, or group containers must be made in full or in accordance with your agreed-upon payment plan prior to the commencement of services.
• Refunds: Because of the high-touch nature of this work and the limited number of clients I take on, all sales are final. There are no refunds for coaching packages once the container has begun.
• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Sessions canceled or missed without 24 hours' notice will be forfeited without a refund or makeup session.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

The frameworks, somatic exercises, and written materials provided during our work are the exclusive intellectual property of Zackery Taylor Allen LLC. They are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or teach these methodologies without explicit written consent. In return, your privacy is fiercely protected. What is discussed in our sessions remains strictly confidential, barring any legal obligation to report imminent threat of harm to yourself or others.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zackery Taylor Allen LLC, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our coaching services, your use of this website, or your application of the concepts discussed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
